Public Offer Agreement

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document is a public offer by CryptoMator (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and defines the terms of use for the CryptoMator software for MetaTrader 5 (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").

1.2. Purchasing a license and using the Software indicates full and unconditional acceptance of this offer's terms.

2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

  • "Software" – CryptoMator trading robot for MetaTrader 5 platform
  • "License" – right to use the Software according to the selected pricing plan
  • "User" – person purchasing a license to use the Software
  • "Personal Account" – website section for license management

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Software.

3.2. The Software is designed to automate trading on cryptocurrency exchanges through the MetaTrader 5 platform.

4. TERMS OF USE

4.1. To use the Software, the User must:

  • Independently install MetaTrader 5
  • Download the Software from the personal account
  • Install the Software in MetaTrader 5
  • Activate the license through the personal account

4.2. One license is valid for:

  • One MetaTrader 5 trading account
  • One device
  • Number of trading pairs according to the pricing plan

5. COST AND PAYMENT

5.1. License cost is determined by the selected pricing plan.

5.2. Payment is made in full as an advance payment.

5.3. Available payment methods are listed on the website.

6. RESTRICTIONS

6.1. The User is prohibited from:

  • Transferring the license to third parties
  • Modifying or decompiling the Software
  • Using the Software on multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Attempting to bypass the licensing system

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

7.1. Technical support is provided for:

  • Installation and activation issues
  • Software configuration questions
  • According to the purchased pricing plan

8. LIABILITY

8.1. The Licensor is not responsible for:

  • Trading results
  • Decisions made based on Software operation
  • Technical failures of MetaTrader 5 or exchanges
  • Any financial losses

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

9.1. The agreement is valid for the duration of the purchased license.

9.2. The Licensor may terminate the license if terms of use are violated.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation.

10.2. The agreement is governed by international law.
