Refund Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

This policy defines the terms and conditions for refunds of the CryptoMator license. We strive to ensure fair refund conditions for our customers while maintaining established rules.

1. REFUND CONDITIONS

1.1. A refund is possible within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • License has not been activated
  • Software has not been used for real trading
  • No terms of use violations have occurred

1.2. Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • License has been activated
  • Software has been used for trading
  • Terms of use violations have been detected

2. REFUND PROCEDURE

2.1. To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a request through your personal account
  • Specify the reason for the refund
  • Provide payment details
  • Confirm non-use of the software

2.2. After receiving the request:

  • Request is reviewed within 3 business days
  • If approved, refund is processed within 7 business days
  • Decision notification is sent via email

3. REFUND METHODS

3.1. Refunds are processed:

  • Using the same payment method as the original purchase
  • In the same currency as the original payment

3.2. Special cases:

  • If original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be used
  • For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are processed at current exchange rates

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

4.1. For plans with auto-renewal:

  • Cancellation is available anytime through your personal account
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

5.1. Please note:

  • Payment system fees are not refundable
  • Partial service usage results in proportional refunds
  • Non-standard cases are reviewed individually
